Open up Todoist. You should see a panel on the left with the word “Project” in bold with a “+” sign to the right. Click the “+” sign. Naming your project. Give your project a name and click the “Add Project” button. Your new project name should appear in the list of projects. Next click on the new project. Add completed Todoist tasks to Excel. When this happens Step 1: New Completed Task. Then do this Step 2: Add Row. Do more with your completed tasks, like analyze them in a spreadsheet for even more insight into your productivity.
